CrunchLabs provided a quick response and action to assist in resolving an issue with my first order for my 12 year old son’s Christmas gift and how it arrived in the mail. While I know the condition of the box when it arrived is of no fault of the company and was a simple mail issue that unfortunately happens sometimes arriving damaged, broken and missing pieces, the customer service and willingness to replace the damaged order so quickly was impeccable. They offered and sent an enrollment letter to place under the tree since I wouldn’t have the replacement package in time! I believe it will make it even more of an awesome experience for my son because the suspense of waiting for something he’s been wanting and know he’s getting is exciting!
