Best Christmas Gift enjoyed throughout the year!
I ordered a yearly subscription for our 5 year old grandson as a Christmas present. The first one he received, he needed a little guidance, but is now able to complete it pretty much on his own. He loves getting it in the mail and finding out what is next. Highly recommend!

So much fun! Sparks creativity!
My 7 year old LOVES when her new Crunch Labs Creative Kit comes in the mail. I feel like it's just the right amount of difficult so that she has some small challenges putting it together, but she can still do it all by herself, which is great for building her confidence! She likes the different types of buildings she gets each time, they are lots of fun! She especially likes seeing which new animal she will get.
A word of warning for some of the kid, the materials are quality made, so some of the dyes and stuff will stain your floors/tables/ect. It's not a problem because I like her working with real materials, but we just have to be mindful of where she is playing.

CrunchLabs Creative Kit boxes are designed for kids ages 6-10.

We test every product with 3rd-party testing agencies to ensure the products comply with US and EU safety standards for kids aged 6 years and older.

Parents and guardians can gauge the appropriateness for their kids, but we have worked hard to ensure that they’re a blast for the intended age range - and for anyone who loves learning!

Do kids need tools or other materials to complete the projects?

Nope! Each Creative Kit box includes all the materials you need to make the toy, but you might need scissors sometimes.

You will need an Internet connection and a kid-safe device to watch the Mark Rober instructional video episode, but you don’t need the video episode to complete the build! All the build steps can be found in the instruction booklet included in every box.

But, sometimes in engineering, stuff goes wrong. If any components are missing, go to your My Account portal and visit the page for your toy to order FREE replacement parts. If you have further questions contact help@crunchlabs.com.

Can kids build and play with Creative Kit toys on their own?

Yes! We design each toy to be a little bit challenging for kids 6–10, in the same way a good puzzle is challenging.

Each box has materials to guide you:

A step-by-step illustrated instruction booklet
An instruction video where Mark Rober walks builders through each step

With the help of the instruction video and booklet (and just a dash of tenacity!) most of kids are able to make and play independently with Creative Kit.

How long does it take to complete a Creative Kit project?

We design each Creative Kit toy to take an average 30 to 60 minutes for a 6 to 10-year-old.

Every kid is different, and build times will vary!

Can we buy Creative Kit individually?

For now, we don’t offer an option to purchase individual Creative Kit boxes (though that may come down the road). We have carefully crafted multiple years of engineering fun and learning into our box sequences, so we think a subscription is the best.

Are your products safe?

Of course! We test every Creative Kit product with 3rd-party testing agencies to ensure our products comply with US and EU safety standards for kids aged 6 years old and up.

The safety standards check that the toy is safe and sturdy for its intended play, and that unsafe chemicals don’t make their way into the toy during production.

Do you ship Creative Kit internationally?

Yes! We ship Creative Kit to almost 50 countries. You can check out the full list here.

How do we calculate international shipping?

Here’s the bottom line: We’re doing our very best to deliver high quality products to you with the lowest shipping rates possible. Duties and taxes, along with other rates, will vary based on your location and subscription type, so please see the total calculated during checkout.

Shipping internationally costs us a lot more, so we charge a little extra. We apply the value of domestic shipping ($3.95) within the US to your international shipping cost. Various extra taxes (including VAT) and duties may be collected upon checkout.

Some countries are subject to Delivery Duty Paid fees of about 70% per box. All associated charges are calculated at checkout.

Some countries are subject to Delivery Due Unpaid fees but are exempted from VAT, so these charges will NOT appear during checkout for regular subscriptions. However, bulk orders may be subject to VAT.

How do I cancel my order or track my package?

We aim to make cancellations easy! All CrunchLabs subscriptions automatically renew, and you can turn them off up to 3 days prior to the end of the subscription term in your "My Account" Portal, or by emailing help@crunchlabs.com.

If you’re not satisfied, please email us at help@crunchlabs.com and share your concerns.

Navigate to your account portal and select "turn off auto-renewal" 3 days before your next billing date (as shown in your account portal). If your subscription is currently processing an order or shipment, you may not see the option to turn off auto-renewal until after the order has shipped.
