    Not all of these are worth it.

    The nixie clock was super exciting to get in the mail. But the implementation is extremely disappointing. It's impossible to read, not all of the panels lined up, several of them broke because they didn't fit the holes or kept falling out because they didn't fit the holes. Everything else about the clock is not bad. Everything lined up. But the "tubes" themselves are just hot garbage.

    It could got stuck easily

    I am writing to report an issue with this item. It only shoots once or twice before getting stuck, and we have to turn it completely off and back on to get it to work again.

    The battery is fully charged, so I suspect the motor might be defective or simply not strong enough. Since this was purchased as a gift, I would appreciate it if you could advise on a quick fix or the process for getting a replacement. Thanks!

Nope! Hack Pack robots will work right out of the box. Here’s the inside scoop... If you can put together a LEGO set, you can definitely build these robots, and we provide all the materials required.

But get this: Hack Pack can be completely leveled up by hacking the main computer controller, unlocking plenty of challenges and fun for anyone, from those new to coding to master hackers. We will teach you in our IDE (Integrated Development Environment).

CrunchLabs Hack Pack subscription is designed for teens 14+ (even adults will love it). We test every product with 3rd-party testing agencies to ensure the products comply with US and EU safety standards for teens ages 14-years and older.

Parents and guardians can gauge the appropriateness for their kids, but we have worked hard to ensure that they’re a blast for the intended age range.
