Customers say these engineering kits are fun and engaging to build, with clear instructions and helpful video guides. Many appreciate the educational value, noting they spark creativity and teach coding basics. The subscription format excites children who eagerly await each bimonthly delivery. While most projects work well, some experience issues with motors, servos, or missing parts. Common feedback includes praise for responsive customer service that quickly replaces defective components. Parents value the hands-on learning experience and problem-solving skills these kits develop. Some mention quality control concerns and occasional connectivity challenges with coding features.
My grandson struggled a bit with the first build but Customer Service came to the rescue and sent replacement parts. He quickly installed the new parts and the completed turret gun was a huge hit. He then completed the hack for “Russian roulette” mode and has been having a ball with friends and family joining in the fun!!

Awesome First Build
I was worried that Hack Pack might not be worth the value, but when you look at the components from the power bank to circuit board to the 3 electrical components and remote, it definitely is! My son was explaining pitch, roll, yaw, and the IR sensor to me. I even learned some new terms!
