The customer service is terrible. You'll never get a live person, and once they have your subscription money no one cares about the product actually reaching you.

My daughter's package has been "shipping" since May and its now July. Ive emailed 4 times with no help other than their AI bot who claims a teammate will assist - 4 times now.

Thankfully I used Amex and Reclaim my money - Im reporting Crinch Labs to Amex & they can fight them and lose their privilege of offering Amex in the future.

We get both the Build Boxes and Hack Pack subscriptions, and there's no question we will keep renewing. My son has an endless appetite for building and learning, and this company has made all the difference in keeping him engaged and elevating his skills. What I love most beyond the well made, thoroughly thought out, and impactful projects, is how clear the instructions are both by print and by video. It's the first time the parents haven't had to go all in to help...my son loves to follow along by video and it makes him feel connected in an important way. The extra layers of learning that are woven into the videos as well means the world to us, and the one time we needed to replace a part that we broke, it was incredibly easy to get another one in the mail with the top notch customer service.
